Appraise This

It looks like FHA is tightening the eligibility requirements to be on the Appraiser Roster.  Soon they will only accept Certified Level appraisers.  The deadline is October 1, 2009. 

At Barnes Family Appraisal, we are Certified Level appraisers - so we will continue offering our services for FHA loans.  I look forward to helping those of you who might need this service!
