Appraise This

I was able to attend the CPA Estate and Financial Planning Breakfast Group in Sacramento today.  I just wanted to thank the group for putting together such a nice meeting.

Thanks to Generations Law Firm for the information on Asset Titling.  I really enjoyed the presentation.  Informative and even funny!  Did I just say a talk given by a lawyer regarding titling of assets was FUNNY?  Yes, I did.  People laughed out loud.

The meeting and my conversations with some of the professionals in attendance really got me excited about doing more Estate Use Appraisals.  We are, after all, Barnes FAMILY Appraisal.  I named the company that for a reason - we want to help other families by providing appraisal products that fit their needs.  And there is little of more importance than planning your estate and thus protecting the future of your family.  We provide a range of products from a Property Analysis with a Value Range to a "full" Appraisal which can be used for general Estate Planning, setting a Tax Basis, Division of Assets (Divorce), or to apply for a changed assessment with the county.
