If you waded through the wealth of information on the internet and are reading this, it means you have at least some interest in the real estate industry in general or appraisal specifically.  But are you finding the answer to your question?

I just wanted to take a quick second to encourage everyone - lenders, homeowners, prospective buyers, real estate agents - to contact me with questions.  I don't set all my time aside for my "good clients" (translate to paying customers...).  I have no problem answering questions for anyone needing answers, whether or not you plan to order an appraisal from me.

Keep in mind, I may not have the answer.  But I will do my best to tell you what I know, and then refer you to the place to get more information or the person who may have a more complete answer.
