Emilie Luster Barnes

Emilie lives in Carmichael with her husband, two sons, cat and dog.  When she isn't out inspecting a property, she is playing in the yard with the boys and the dog.

Emilie began working in the Real Estate Appraisal field in 2002 and has loved every minute since then.  She trained in Lake County, which provided her with a comprehensive learning environment including a wide variety of property types.  Now based in Carmichael, Emilie covers Sacramento County and the surrounding areas in Yolo, Placer and El Dorado Counties.  She is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is FHA Approved.

Matt has been a Real Estate Appraiser for over a decade, working in numerous counties covering most of Northern California.  He currently covers properties in all of Lake County and areas of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.  His offices are located in Lakeport, where he is also the Real Estate Broker for Konocti Realty.  He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is FHA approved.
