Barnes Family Appraisal specializes in providing Real Estate Appraisal services to homeowners and their agents for Estate Use. This includes date of death (setting a tax basis), division of assets (divorce), gifting value, tax assessment appeals, and setting a sale price, among other purposes. We primarily cover Sacramento County and the bordering sections of Placer, El Dorado and Yolo Counties with experience appraising high value and complicated properties.
With the changing real estate markets, it is important to have a full understanding of the specific market for each individual property. We always include comprehensive market statistics, including regression analyses and graphing, in each report. We pride ourselves on keeping abreast of the latest industry standards for statistical market analysis and take updated classes as often as possible.
